Intense Feelings
PASSIONS: SEASON ONE
Danger lurks in the shadows.
An eerie energy that defies explanation crackles in the air.
Tourmaline, a small but bustling city, is home to siblings Leif and Nina Callaghan, who lead happy, fulfilled lives—a stark contrast to the tumultuous existence of their rivals, Devlin and Charlotte Ainsworth.
When Devlin returns from Europe with a sinister plan for revenge, two mysterious women also arrive in town. Shrouded in an ominous darkness, their presence heralds chaos. Leif and Nina are unwittingly tangled in Devlin’s plot, which has become entwined with the enigmatic woman who only goes by “C”.

The Feud
Since Tourmaline’s founding in the 1800s, the Callaghans and Ainsworths have been locked in a bitter war for power and reputation. The conflict hit its darkest point when Patrick Callaghan died under mysterious circumstances after years of animosity with Alistair Ainsworth. That hatred didn’t die—it passed to their sons, Leif and Devlin. Four years ago, one terrible incident drove Devlin into exile with his father. Now he’s back in Tourmaline, and this time, he’s not just here to pick up where the feud left off…he’s here for revenge.
The Plot
The first book in the Passions series acts as a prequel, drawing readers into a soap-opera world of tangled romances, rival families, and multiple points of view. Devlin returns to Tourmaline with vengeance on his mind, targeting Nina Callaghan—his rival’s younger sister—as part of a carefully calculated scheme. At the same time, two mysterious women arrive in town, bringing an eerie energy that begins to pull the Callaghans and Ainsworths into something far stranger than an old family grudge.
Where It All Goes Wrong
Devlin’s revenge depends on everyone playing the part he has chosen for them. They don’t. What begins as manipulation becomes dangerous when genuine feelings take root, while Leif is drawn deeper into the orbit of the enigmatic woman known only as “C.” As secrets, attraction, and the supernatural begin colliding, one man’s plan for revenge starts unraveling into a chain of consequences no one can fully control.
